1. About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Gundua Hardware, Kimara Corner, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Phone: 0698482490.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings (TZS). We try to keep descriptions, pack quantities and prices accurate. An order placed on the website is an order request. We confirm stock, the final product specification, final price and delivery cost before asking for payment.

3. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted only after Gundua Hardware confirms the order. If a price, specification, pack quantity or stock position has changed, we will tell you before payment and you may continue or cancel.

4. Payment

Do not send payment until the order has been confirmed. Payment methods and payment instructions are provided during confirmation. Never send money to a number or account that you cannot verify as belonging to Gundua Hardware.

5. Delivery

Delivery cost is separate unless the confirmed order says otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and can change because of distance, transport availability or other events outside our reasonable control.

6. Inspection, returns and defects

Please check quantity, size, brand and visible condition when you receive the goods. Contact us promptly if an item is wrong, damaged or defective. Unused standard items may be considered for return when agreed in advance. Opened or used consumables are generally not returnable unless defective, incorrectly supplied, or your legal rights require otherwise.

7. Safe use

Cutting discs, grinding discs and welding electrodes can cause serious injury when misused. Follow the product label, equipment manufacturer instructions and appropriate PPE requirements. Do not use a damaged, expired or incorrectly rated abrasive disc.

8. Website availability

We may correct errors, update prices, disable unavailable products, or temporarily suspend the site for maintenance or security reasons.

9. Privacy

Order information is used to process the order, communicate with you, provide delivery/support and maintain necessary business records. See our Privacy Notice.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Tanzanian law.
