Delivery

Delivery charges depend on destination, order weight/volume and transport method. The confirmed delivery charge is shown before payment.

Wrong, damaged or defective goods

Check the order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the quantity, product, size or visible condition is wrong. Keep the product, packaging and proof of order while the issue is reviewed.

Change-of-mind returns

Unused standard goods may be considered when agreed before return. Consumables that have been opened or used generally cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
