Turn a bulk order into a clear, comparable request
Define products, minimum quantities, samples, inspections, payment milestones and delivery before selecting a wholesale supplier.
Make quotations comparable
Send the same requirement to every seller. Use an item list with specification, unit, quantity, acceptable alternatives and destination. Ask sellers to state minimum order quantity, unit price, packaging, lead time, quote validity and what the price excludes.
Before the main order
- Verify seller identity and location
- Approve a sample or detailed specification
- Confirm capacity and realistic lead time
- Agree inspection and rejection rules
Before final payment
- Check quantity and packing
- Record inspection evidence
- Confirm transport and receiving contact
- Keep invoice and deal messages
Use milestones for custom or high-value orders
A single advance payment can place all risk on the buyer. Where appropriate, agree documented stages such as deposit, sample approval, production check, dispatch and delivery. The correct arrangement depends on the deal; Gundua does not promise protection for payments made outside agreed platform processes.
Plan transport early
Carton dimensions, pallet count, total weight and loading point affect cost. For cross-border trade, clarify which party handles export documents, customs, insurance and destination charges.
