Start with an exact specification
A useful request names the product, grade or size, unit, quantity, delivery area and required date. “Cement bags 300” is better when it includes the cement type, bag weight and delivery point. For welding electrodes, cutting discs and fasteners, confirm diameter, thickness, standard, brand preference and packaging.

Compare landed cost, not only unit price
